What we manufacture and where
Meiqi Play manufactures playground equipment at its factory in Banan District, Chongqing, China — Chuangye Park, Yipin Street, Banan District, Chongqing 401349. Stainless steel flume forming, tube bending, structural welding, galvanising coordination and surface finishing are carried out in-house, along with the production of the modular posts, decks and connectors used across the combination play range. Stainless steel slides and non-standard structures are fabricated to drawing rather than assembled from imported kits.

Processes carried out in-house
Stainless steel flume fabrication
Sheet forming, welding and grinding of slide flumes in grade 304 or 316. Weld seams are ground and passivated, because un-passivated weld zones are where corrosion begins rather than on the parent sheet.
Tube bending and structural fabrication
Post, rail and frame fabrication in galvanised and stainless tube, including curved and non-standard geometry for site-specific designs.
Surface finishing
Electropolishing and mirror polishing of flume surfaces, which is what determines slide friction and speed; the alloy alone does not.
Modular component production
Decks, connectors and activity modules produced to our own drawings, which is what allows a structure to be extended later without replacing the frame.
Pre-assembly and fit check
Structures are trial-assembled before packing so that components and fixings are confirmed to match before shipment, rather than on site.
Factory data is being confirmed
We publish factory area, capacity, lead time and warranty figures only once they have been confirmed internally, because buyers verify them during factory inspection and in tender documentation. Ask us directly for current figures and we will give you the real numbers for your project.

Factory visits and inspections
We welcome buyer visits and third-party inspections. Please contact us in advance so that production of the relevant product line can be scheduled to be visible during your visit, and so that the documentation you intend to check is available on the day.
